You take on overall responsibility for the group's IT infrastructure, ensuring stable and secure basic operations from data center to network to cloud. You also lead an international infrastructure team, drive consolidations, and shape the development of the infrastructure roadmap.

Your responsibilities

Assume overall responsibility for the group's IT infrastructure (data center, network, cloud, security)
Lead and further develop the international IT infrastructure team
Prioritize and plan resources for the infrastructure team
Ensure stable basic operations including backup/recovery and monitoring
Manage incident and problem management
Establish, harmonize, and implement global IT and security standards (e.g., cloud architecture, SOC, TISAX, ISO 27001)
Conduct group-wide IT rollouts as well as site integrations and carve-outs
Develop and maintain the infrastructure roadmap
Drive ongoing consolidation of the infrastructure
Introduce modern technologies and automation concepts to improve operations

Your profile

Several years of experience managing complex IT infrastructures in a corporate or international environment
In-depth knowledge in Microsoft system administration and virtualization
In-depth knowledge in storage and cloud technologies (including Microsoft Azure)
In-depth knowledge in IT security
Excellent communication skills in German
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong consulting skills
Modern, team-oriented leadership personality
Hands-on mentality
Willingness to travel about 20% (project-dependent)
