Your responsibilities

Strategic leadership of a multi-member IT team
Promotion of skills and talent development within the organization
Design and operation of a future-ready technology platform
Ensuring connectivity and implementing a security framework
Optimization of digital business platforms and core systems
Planning and governance of transformation and modernization projects
Overall resource and budget responsibility for IT programs
Initiating and leading innovation roadmaps (e.g., automation, intelligent systems)
Responsibility for security standards and risk management
Technology governance including portfolio management and supplier management

Your profile

Proven long-term leadership experience in strategic technology leadership positions
Comprehensive expertise in modern technology architecture
Experience in infrastructure design, including cloud solutions
Practical experience with virtualization technologies
Experience with distributed systems
Deep understanding of digital security
Knowledge in data governance
Knowledge in enterprise compliance and implementation of standards and best practices
Practical experience with complex enterprise systems and ERP landscapes
Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills
