You bear overall responsibility for a stable, secure, and future-proof IT operation and lead multiple operational teams. Your primary task is the development of IT services, operating models, and partner landscape, as well as strategic sparring with IT management and business stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

Assume overall responsibility for IT Infrastructure & Operations
Lead, develop, and prioritize multiple teams (approximately 25–30 employees)
Define and manage operating models, processes, and organizational structures
Ensure KPI and SLA management
Continuous quality, cost, and performance optimization in IT operations
Manage partner and contract management for external service providers
Responsible for the budget for infrastructure and operations topics
Coordinate and spar with Vice Presidents, department heads, and internal clients
Co-design and implement the IT strategy and IT and security standards
Prioritize tasks and resources among the operational teams

Your profile

Completed training with a focus on IT, IT management, or business informatics, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional and management experience in IT infrastructure and/or operations
Extensive experience in managing operational IT units, service providers, and complex IT operational structures
Experience with KPI management
Experience with SLA management
Experience in provider/partner management
Experience with budget and contract responsibility
Ability to make clear decisions in complex or uncertain situations and implement them consistently
Proactive and structured work style
High social and intercultural competence, along with strong communication and organizational skills
