You take on operational responsibility for the availability, operation, and development of IT services and infrastructure. You lead a team technically and also work hands-on in administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Your responsibilities

Ensure the availability of IT services
Perform system monitoring
Handle incidents and troubleshooting
Continuous optimization of IT systems
Administer client infrastructure
Administer backend infrastructure
Maintain and develop existing systems
Operate Linux- and Microsoft-based systems
Utilize automation and configuration tools
Technical leadership and support for the team on technical and organizational issues

Your profile

Completed education with a focus on IT
Solid experience in operating modern IT infrastructures
Experience in the development of IT infrastructures
Excellent knowledge in servers, virtualization, and operating systems
Excellent knowledge in Kubernetes
Excellent knowledge in network technology
Excellent knowledge in IT security
Proficient handling of Windows and Linux environments
Experience with modern workplace and infrastructure technologies
Leadership experience; strong communication skills, team spirit, as well as independent and responsible working style; excellent German and good English skills
