In this position, you will lead the HR Business Partner team for Europe and hold strategic HR responsibility for executives. You will manage talent, performance, and succession processes as well as organizational and change initiatives in the region.

Your responsibilities

Leadership and development of the European HR Business Partner team
Strategic HR consulting for senior and middle management
Implementation of HR strategies in alignment with business goals
Initiation and support of organizational and change management projects
Management of talent management processes
Responsibility for performance management processes
Planning and coordination of succession processes
Responsibility for budgeting processes and the annual HR cycle in Europe
Analysis of HR metrics and derivation of improvement measures
Collaboration with HR specialist areas, HR Operations Europe, and the Executive Committee, participating in regional and global HR projects

Your profile

University degree with a focus on human resources, business administration, or social sciences, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner
Experience in international and complex organizational structures is advantageous
Leadership experience an advantage
Comprehensive understanding of business processes and organizational development
Experience in supporting organizational change processes and leadership development
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
In-depth knowledge of labor law, especially in Austria and Germany
Knowledge of other European legal systems is advantageous
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, as well as strong communication and consulting skills
