In this leadership position, you will be responsible for the development of the group's controlling and act as a central point between management, international units, and operational areas. You will oversee the analysis of international projects and shape financial processes with a focus on strategic decisions.

Your responsibilities

Leadership and disciplinary management of the controlling team at the holding level
Overall responsibility for Group Controlling
Development and standardization of group-wide controlling processes and tools
Management and analysis of international projects with outcome forecasting, variance, and risk assessment
Ensuring IFRS-compliant reporting in coordination with Group Accounting
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on a group level
Sparring and collaboration with top management regarding financial control
Participation in calculation and cost accounting processes
Further development of the KPI system and performance management
Participation in strategic initiatives, M&A projects, investment decisions, and business cases
Management of budget and planning processes at the group level

Your profile

Completed relevant university degree
Extensive experience in controlling within an international corporation
Expert knowledge in project business and financial control of complex projects
Knowledge of IFRS and experience in reporting
Understanding of KPI and performance management systems
Experience with S/4HANA
Affinity for BI and ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Power BI
Very good German language skills
Excellent English skills
Willingness to travel internationally about 10%

Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
Clear implementation orientation
