Taking on the overall strategic responsibility for the Building Materials division
Assuming operational responsibility for revenue, profit, and costs
Leading, motivating, and developing the division team

Deriving and implementing sustainable measures for performance optimization
Shaping the product range and developing pricing strategies
Optimizing warehouse and inventory management
Aligning purchasing, supplier, and product range strategies with the purchasing division coordinator
Observing market, competition, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities

Several years of leadership experience in the building materials trade or industry
In-depth market knowledge in the building materials sector
