You take on overall commercial responsibility for accounting, controlling, and procurement while acting as a strategic partner to the management. The goal is to establish scalable structures, integrated control mechanisms, and develop the finance team to support sustainable growth.

Your responsibilities

Responsible for accounting, controlling, and bookkeeping
Leading the procurement function at both strategic and operational levels
Managing daily operations in the finance area
Injecting strategic ideas into corporate development
Leading and developing the finance team
Conducting consolidation, budgeting, and year-end closing
Preparing liquidity plans and evaluating investments
Building integrated data and system logics
Developing a scalable commercial organization for multi-company/holding structures
Establishing an integrated controlling and management system and supporting project management, contract management, and tax agendas

Your profile

Completed degree (university/university of applied sciences) with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting
Several years of professional and leadership experience in a commercial management role
Experience in a technical environment is advantageous
Broad profile as a finance generalist
Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to shape the future
Strong implementation skills
High IT affinity
Knowledge of ERP, BI, and BMD
Employee orientation and social competence
Experience in consolidation, budgeting, and preparing annual financial statements
