Your responsibilities

Operational responsibility for controlling and accounting
Personnel, professional, and disciplinary leadership of the finance team
Preparation of monthly financial statements
Preparation of quarterly financial statements
Preparation of annual financial statements according to IFRS and UGB
Conducting internal audits
Coordination with the headquarters on financial processes and policies
Preparation of forecasts and budget
Development of decision-making foundations, evaluations, and statistics

Your profile

Completed business administration education (university, FH)
Several years of relevant professional and leadership experience
Very good German language skills
Excellent English skills
Detailed knowledge in accounting and financial accounting
Detailed knowledge in controlling
Very good knowledge of SAP
Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
Assertiveness and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
