Head of Finance, Controlling, and Reporting

• Assume overall responsibility for finances
• Take full responsibility for controlling and reporting
• Oversee complete responsibility for IT and HR
• Drive the further development of the financial strategy
• Ensure the introduction and implementation of a reliable planning and management system
• Optimize processes, structures, and transparency in the financial sector

• Completed degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in the financial sector (e.g., CFO, Commercial Manager, Finance Director)

• Experience in designing change processes and strengthening financial organizations
