We are seeking an experienced leader to manage the finance and controlling functions. You will shape financial management, oversee financial statements, and further develop budgeting and planning processes.

Your responsibilities

Overall responsibility for Finance
Overall responsibility for Controlling
Overall responsibility for Reporting
Execution of monthly financial statements
Preparation of quarterly financial statements
Preparing annual financial statements
Development and refinement of budgeting processes
Creation and adjustment of forecasts and plans
Analysis of company key figures
Derivation of well-founded recommendations for action for management
Sparring partner for management in financial and strategic matters
Optimization and digitization of financial processes
Further development of controlling
Support in international projects
Participation in cross-departmental initiatives

Your profile

Completed business administration degree
Alternatively: equivalent qualification
Solid knowledge in finance
Solid knowledge in accounting
Knowledge in financial reporting
Experience in financial planning
Experience in controlling
Experience with ERP systems
Experience with modern reporting and BI tools
Good English language skills
High level of communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Strong analytical skills
Solution-oriented work approach
High degree of reliability
