As a leader, you hold overall responsibility for finance, controlling, and accounting, working closely with the CFO. You manage budgeting, reporting, and closing processes, as well as the advancement of processes, systems, and reporting structures.

Your responsibilities

Assume overall responsibility for finance, controlling, and accounting
Lead and develop the finance team
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to UGB and IFRS
Provide decision-relevant analyses
Derive and recommend business development measures
Ensure compliance and an effective internal control system
Collaborate on transformation, digitization, and M&A projects
Further develop processes, systems, and reporting structures
Act as a contact person for audits, banks, and external partners

Your profile

Completed business administration degree or equivalent education
Several years of leadership experience in finance within a medium-sized or international company with responsibility for larger teams or organizational units
Extensive expertise in accounting, controlling, treasury, and corporate finance
Excellent knowledge of UGB and IFRS
High IT affinity and excellent user knowledge in ERP systems
Very good German and English skills
Strong analytical, strategic, and solution-oriented thinking
Leadership skills
Strong communication skills and team orientation
High level of responsibility, resilience, and decisiveness, along with a structured, independent, and entrepreneurial work approach with a hands-on mentality
