Responsibility for the stable and future-oriented operation of a central ERP system, as well as the professional and disciplinary management of a four-member in-house ERP team. This role combines hands-on operational tasks with the coordination of support, implementation partners, and optimization projects.

Your responsibilities

Professionally and disciplinarily leading the four-member ERP team
Ensuring the stable operation of the central ERP system
Participating in daily operational ERP tasks (hands-on)
Managing ERP support through the internal ticket system
Coordinating collaboration with external implementation partners and 3rd-level support
Planning optimization and expansion projects within the ERP environment
Implementing improvement measures in the ERP area
Analyzing, prioritizing, and deciding on professional and procedural requirements
Aligning ERP requirements with production, logistics, departments, and IT infrastructure
Further developing and coaching team members both professionally and methodologically

Your profile

Several years of experience with modular ERP systems
Experience in a production-related environment (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, industry) is a plus
Initial or extensive leadership experience or motivation to take on a leadership role
Operational, hands-on working style with a willingness to actively participate
Strong decision-making skills
Demonstrated solution orientation
Ability to view relationships holistically and involve stakeholders
Structured, communicative, and reliable personality
Experience with internal and external support and ticket systems is advantageous
Perfect command of German
