You assume strategic and operational responsibility for the further development of a global engineering organization. Your focus is on capacity planning, resource management, efficiency improvement, as well as the standardization and internationalization of design processes.

Planning of global engineering resources
Management of global engineering resources
Development of design standards
Further development of guidelines for design
Optimization of engineering processes
Standardization of engineering processes
Building international design teams
Development of international design teams
Management of key figures, risks, and cross-site collaboration

Your profile

Completed technical education (HTL/FH/Uni) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or equivalent
Several years of experience in machine or plant design
Experience in technical and/or disciplinary leadership of staff
Experience in cross-site collaboration
In-depth knowledge of rollout, transformation, and optimization projects on a global level
Very good German language skills
Excellent English skills
Communication and moderation skills
Leadership and coaching competence
Experience in an internationally-oriented engineering environment is considered an advantage
