You bear the strategic and operational responsibility for procurement and supply chain management, ensuring the planning and safeguarding of the flow of goods along the value chain. Your key tasks include leading warehouse management and specialized teams, optimizing inventories, and managing group-wide procurement processes.

Your responsibilities

Strategically and operationally manage and develop Supply Chain Management and Procurement
Lead central warehouse management and the associated staff and specialist team
Ensure product availability and optimize inventories
Manage the international network of warehouse, procurement, and SCM processes across eleven countries
Conduct tenders
Conduct price and contract negotiations
Develop the supplier portfolio further
Execute cross-departmental projects and act as an operational sparring partner for operations
Plan processes and ensure the flow of goods along the value chain
Optimize teams, digitize processes, develop cost reduction concepts, and establish best practices

Your profile

Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
In-depth know-how in procurement
In-depth know-how in Supply Chain Management
Leadership experience in managing warehouse and specialist teams
Fluent German skills, both spoken and written
Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
Implementation and goal-oriented working style
Operational and coordination strength
Negotiation skills and assertiveness
Economic thinking and numerical affinity
