Leading a global engineering organization focused on the standardization and digitization of CAD/CAM/PLM processes. Central responsibilities include advancing digitization programs, implementing modern engineering tools, and developing international teams.

Your responsibilities

Managing global programs and projects for the unification of engineering tools
Standardizing CAD, CAM, and PLM tools within the global engineering network
Continuously improving existing CAD/CAM/PLM processes
Driving digitization and automation initiatives
Accelerating the adoption of modern engineering tools and PLM-supported workflows
Leading and developing the Supply Chain Engineering organization
Managing international design and technical support teams
Ensuring content alignment between regions and locations
Building and maintaining a systematic knowledge management system
Ensuring the exchange of best practices, lessons learned, and engineering standards

Your profile

Master’s degree in engineering or comparable technical education
5–10 years of professional experience in engineering
Experience in leading teams in a multinational environment
Experience in project and program management
Knowledge of SAP
Experience with Siemens NX or other CAD/CAM solutions
Strong analytical skills
Strategic skills and leadership competence
Hands-on mentality
Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
