Your responsibilities

Development and implementation of a global digital strategy for defined markets and brands
Leadership and development of the digital business team
Expansion of digital B2C activities
Expansion of digital B2B activities
Supporting brands and sales in digital matters
Ensuring and optimizing omnichannel customer journeys
Integration of online and offline channels
Close collaboration with brands, sales, customer service, logistics, and subsidiaries
Initiating and promoting digital sales and marketing innovations
Project management and rollout of complex digital projects

Experience in digital business
Expertise in digital business
Proven track record in the digital environment
Expert knowledge of digital consumer journeys
Expert knowledge of eCommerce
Experience in project management
Experience in rolling out complex digital projects (preferred)
Results-oriented, structured work approach
Strategic thinking with operational implementation capabilities
Initial leadership experience (ideal)
