You are responsible for the commercial management of a branch with personnel responsibility and share the economic direction with the technical management. The main task is to ensure correct billing, optimize commercial processes, and drive efficiency and digitalization measures.

Your responsibilities

Managing the branch in commercial and personnel terms
Sharing responsibility for economic success with the technical branch management team
Developing strategic personnel planning
Ensuring the correct and efficient billing of all construction services
Optimizing commercial processes
Representing commercial interests to the technical managers
Utilizing purchasing potentials and handling real estate, land, and procurement issues
Making investment decisions for machinery and fleet
Analyzing profit and loss statements and budget comparisons, and initiating appropriate measures
Participating in audits, inspections, and insurance management, and supporting digitalization and change projects

Your profile

Completed commercial training or relevant degree
Several years of experience in a commercial management position within the construction sector
In-depth knowledge in construction and contract law
Experience in managing complex processes and resources
Entrepreneurial thinking
Economic foresight
Strong risk awareness
High level of personal responsibility

Passion for digital technologies and modern working methods
