You will take over the commercial management of a master business and be centrally responsible for financial control, calculation, purchasing, and the development of processes and key figures. You will report directly to the owner and shape controlling and strategic management instruments.

Your responsibilities

Establish and manage controlling, including cost accounting
Responsible for calculation and pricing
Revise and sharpen the economic aspect of offers
Ensure invoicing and billing processes
Collaborate in accounting, invoicing, and payroll during the onboarding period
Manage purchasing
Reduce material costs
Conduct negotiations with banks, suppliers, and wholesalers
Plan liquidity and monitor financing framework
Develop processes and key figures where none currently exist

Your profile

Business management experience in a responsible role
Entrepreneurial thinking
Highly independent working style
Ability to interpret numbers and make decisions based on them
Experience in a craft, construction, or commercial business (advantageous)
Proficient in using inventory and calculation programs
Strong negotiation skills with banks and suppliers
Knowledge in financial accounting
Knowledge in cost accounting and controlling
Knowledge in accounting and budget planning
