We are seeking an experienced executive for the commercial sector to oversee controlling, cost accounting, and project management. The role involves leading a commercial team and providing essential analyses for the management board.
Your responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the commercial management of complex projects
- Ensure the economic success of projects
- Lead a team of four commercial employees
- Serve as an interface with authorities, clients, and external partners
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements
- Participate in the preparation of annual financial statements
- Contribute accounting expertise to financial management
- Create regular management reports
- Analyze budget-to-actual variances for the executive board
- Actively participate in budget planning and control
- Promote transparency in company performance
- Take responsibility for cost controlling
- Take responsibility for project controlling
Your profile
- Completed commercial education (e.g., HAK, FH, or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in a generalist commercial position
- In-depth knowledge of balance sheets and accounting
- Independent and structured working style
- Solution-oriented approach
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness for occasional business trips
- Strong team skills
