You take on overall commercial responsibility for finance, accounting, controlling, cost management, and purchasing. In doing so, you further develop financial structures and management tools, ensuring professional project controlling and well-founded decision-making bases.

Your responsibilities

Strategic development of the company together with the technical management.
Take overall responsibility for finance and accounting.
Continue and expand controlling.
Manage and optimize cost accounting.
Oversee purchasing processes.
Develop financial structures, processes, and management tools.
Establish project controlling and create meaningful reporting.
Prepare and monitor budgeting, liquidity planning, and forecasts.
Prepare and oversee annual financial statements.
Develop teams purposefully and promote performance-oriented collaboration.

Your profile

Completed business administration degree or equivalent education
Several years of relevant management experience in the construction industry.
Experience in high-rise construction (preferred).
Comprehensive know-how in finance.
Comprehensive know-how in controlling.
In-depth knowledge of accounting.
Experience in commercial corporate management.
Proficient use of digital tools.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Strong communication skills and strategic thinking ability.
