Lead a specialized systems engineering team and further develop the area structurally and strategically. You combine technical understanding with leadership, process thinking, and a strong hands-on mentality.

Your responsibilities

Leadership and further development of the systems engineering team in Vienna and the USA
Planning complex hardware, network, and AV infrastructures for international projects
Creating floor plans with AutoCAD
Creating hardware bills of materials in the ERP system
Developing cabling concepts
Translating technical customer requirements into integrated solutions
Coordination with project management, sales, support, IT, and product team
Standardizing and optimizing planning processes, workflows, and technical documentation
Systematizing knowledge and building efficient training structures
Participating in project phases to implement technical plans and occasional on-site support

Your profile

Completed technical education (HTL or university) in computer science, sound engineering, or related fields
Several years of experience in network technology, IT infrastructure, or technical system integration
Good understanding of the interaction between hardware, software, and network technology
Experience in team leadership
Knowledge of AutoCAD
Experience with ERP systems (advantageous)
Affinity for or foundational knowledge in audio/video technology (desirable)
Strong understanding of processes and structures
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style, with a hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills and pronounced stakeholder orientation; very good German and English skills; willingness to travel internationally
