Lead a real estate team with responsibility for site selection, project and budget planning, and the financial management of the property portfolio. The core task is the strategic development of the branch network and process optimization in the real estate sector.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the entire real estate team (Acquisition, Construction, Support) with 10 employees.
- Manage the expansion strategy for branch development.
- Define and further develop site criteria.
- Ensure realistic project and budget planning.
- Be accountable for the financial performance of the property portfolio.
- Optimize leasing conditions.
- Manage CAPEX planning.
- Control maintenance measures and costs.
- Analyze and strategically develop the branch portfolio.
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration with interfaces.
Your profile
- Professional experience in the commercial real estate sector.
- Desirable: Experience in retail.
- Several years of leadership experience in international organizations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Independent working style.
- Efficient working style.
- Solution-oriented work approach
- English C1 (business proficient).
- German B2.
- Knowledge of leasing conditions, CAPEX, and maintenance costs.
