Head of Quality Management Food
You take on overall responsibility for quality-related topics in Austria with a personal focus on Food Quality and Food Safety. In this role, you lead a small QHSE team and drive the development of quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Your responsibilities
- Technical leadership of the QHSE area in Austria
- Further development of QHSE standards and activities
- Management of relevant QHSE activities
- Responsibility for hygiene
- Responsibility for Food Quality
- Responsibility for Food Safety
- Ensuring compliance with IFS requirements
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP requirements
- Preparation of internal and external audits (including IFS, DQMP)
- Conducting internal and external audits
- Post-audit follow-up and derivation of corrective actions
- Tracking corrective actions
- Definition, implementation, and monitoring of QHSE processes
- Management of documentation, analysis of relevant quality indicators, and reporting
- Training and awareness-raising of employees on QHSE topics
Your profile
- Completed degree
- Relevant professional experience in quality management
- Preferred experience in logistics
- Preferred experience in trade
- Preferred experience in the food sector
- Extensive experience in Food Quality
- Extensive experience in Food Safety
- Good understanding of quality-relevant processes
- Good understanding of quality-relevant standards
- Enthusiasm for professional support and development of a small team
- Experience in preparing and conducting audits
- Experience with IFS Logistics
- Experience with HACCP
- Independent working style
