You develop the global product strategy and category roadmap for the Breastfeeding division, taking responsibility for portfolio decisions throughout the entire product lifecycle. You coordinate technical, functional, and economic requirements with Marketing and Commercial Strategy to further develop products with clear added value.

Your responsibilities

Further development of the global product strategy and category roadmap
Evaluation of new product ideas
Prioritization of the product and project portfolio, including phase‑ins and phase‑outs
Management of economic indicators (revenue, margin, profitability)
Lifecycle management of existing products
Coordination with Marketing and Commercial Strategy for product development
Strategic support of product development, research, and innovation
Evaluation of technical concepts regarding feasibility, quality, safety, and regulations
Ensuring functional and technical differentiation from competitors
Leadership, coaching, and development of interdisciplinary, international teams

Your profile

Completed studies with a focus on business or technology, or a comparable qualification
At least 10 years of professional experience
Several years of experience in a strategic product, business, or category owner role with end‑to‑end responsibility
In-depth product understanding
Experience in collaboration with product development, R&D, or innovation
Ability to integrate technical, economic, and user-related requirements
Entrepreneurial mindset with high self-responsibility and decisiveness
Experience in leading interdisciplinary, international teams
Very good German skills (at least B2)
Very good English skills (at least B2)
