You take on strategic end-to-end responsibility for Procurement and Supply Chain within a regional network. The goal is to design efficient, resilient, and economical flows of goods, materials, and information, as well as to optimize processes, costs, and supply security.

Your responsibilities

Development and implementation of an integrated Procurement and Supply Chain strategy for Austria and Slovenia
Assumption of overall responsibility for Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, Inventory Management, and Procurement
Management of the supply side of the S&OP process
Optimization of the production and logistics network considering capacities, delivery areas, transport costs, and supply security
Management of cross-border goods flows in the Central Europe Network
Development of efficient transport and logistics concepts
Responsibility for strategic sourcing, supplier management, tenders, negotiations, and contract management
Management of central Procurement categories such as energy, raw and auxiliary materials, spare parts, maintenance, transport, and indirect services
Establishment of KPI and performance management for costs, OTIF, logistics performance, and productivity
Responsibility for budget, cost optimization, risk management, supply security, and business continuity concepts

Your profile

Completed university degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification
Several years of leadership and management experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or industrial environment
Proven achievements in cost optimization, process improvement, and strategic purchasing
Strong business understanding and experience with budget, KPIs, and performance management
Experience in leading and developing teams
Experience in managing complex stakeholder structures
Excellent understanding of ERP, Procurement, and Logistics systems, ideally SAP
Experience with transport management and telematics solutions
Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, safety, and business continuity
Excellent German and English skills; Slovenian or Hungarian is an advantage
