You hold the technical responsibility for a software development team of about 30 members and shape modern software platforms for logistics automation. You design the entire software lifecycle from requirements analysis to quality assurance and are a key internal contact for all development-related queries.

Your responsibilities

Assume technical leadership of a software development team of approximately 30 members
Develop and implement strategies and concepts for software products
Manage the entire software development process
Conduct requirements analysis
Contribute to software design
Oversee the implementation of software solutions
Ensure test and quality assurance measures
Evaluate new technologies and ideas
Coordinate timelines and project progress with project leaders and product managers
Ensure prioritization and documentation in projects

Your profile

Completed technical education (HTL, FH, University, or similar) with a focus on computer science or electronics, or equivalent qualifications
Experience in technical leadership of software development teams
Practice in mentoring developers, e.g., in a Lead Developer role
