You take overall responsibility for B2C sales and lead a field sales organization. You sell independently, support the team in the field, and build sustainable sales and training structures.
Your responsibilities
- Assume overall responsibility for B2C sales in Austria
- Take responsibility for team leadership and results
- Lead an established field sales organization across multiple regions
- Strategically develop the field sales organization
- Accompany sales staff in the field during closures
- Directly support in challenging sales situations
- Coach sales employees
- Further develop internal training structures
- Continuously recruit new sales employees
- Strategically design the product portfolio
- Actively participate in strategic pricing
- Develop sales strategies and training concepts
- Design and enhance the digital customer journey
Your profile
- Proven practical sales experience with personal closures
- Experience in customer contact / "people business"
- Professional experience in a construction-related environment or with consulting-intensive, complex B2C products
- Leadership experience in field sales
- Ability to motivate employees
- Ability to professionally develop employees
- Ability to retain employees long-term
- Preferably a technical background
- Preferably a modern, digital mindset
