You will assume the technical and operational leadership of the HR department and be responsible for personnel processes as well as the supervision of the HR team. Your core tasks include advising executives, shaping the candidate and employee journey, and further developing HR concepts and projects.

Your responsibilities

Leadership of the HR department
Managing a team of six employees
Advising executives as a sparring partner
Coordinating various departments
Responsible for the candidate journey
Responsible for the employee journey
Independently resolving human resources legal issues
Creating and optimizing HR processes
Developing new HR concepts
Implementing HR projects and preparing personnel data for budgeting, planning, and controlling

Your profile

Several years of leadership experience in a comparable HR position
Completed training, preferably in HR
Practical knowledge in payroll accounting and labor law
General IT affinity
Knowledge of HR software
Willingness for further training and development
Excellent German skills
Good English language skills
Independent working style.
Sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
