You assume overall responsibility for the operational planning and execution of cross-country marketing campaigns. The focus is on the performance-oriented design of the OTC marketing mix, as well as leading and developing the marketing and creative team.

Your responsibilities

Leading the cross-country operational planning of marketing campaigns
Planning, managing, and controlling marketing projects in coordination with product management and digital marketing
Developing a performance-oriented OTC marketing mix
Ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels
Leading, motivating, and developing the marketing and creative team
Managing and briefing external agencies and service providers
Establishing and maintaining marketing controlling structures
Conducting regular media screenings to evaluate channels
Monitoring sales to derive measures for increasing sales figures
Deriving and implementing optimization measures based on controlling results

Your profile

University degree or equivalent education in marketing, communication, or business administration
Several years of experience in a leading marketing role
Proven experience in the development and implementation of international marketing strategies
Brand management expertise
Experience in campaign development
Ability in strategic storytelling
Strong leadership skills
Entrepreneurial thinking
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
