We are looking for an experienced executive in the IT sector responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations. The position includes managing network technology, IT process control, and planning and implementing various IT projects.
Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for network technology and its stability
- Ensuring stable IT operations
- Management of IT operations and process control
- Planning and monitoring the IT budget
- Procurement of IT components
- Support and optimization of the Windows client environment
- Support of MS Office applications
- Management and assurance of the ticket system
- Administration of virtualized server environments
- Independent planning and implementation of defined IT projects
- Management and development of cloud solutions (MS Azure, Office 365, DMS)
Your profile
- Several years of experience in administering virtualized server environments
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Extensive experience with MS Azure
- Practical experience with cloud products
- Knowledge in the use of document management systems
- Experience in independently implementing IT projects
- Competence in budgeting and purchasing
- Solid knowledge of the Windows client area
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of MSSQL and network technologies is desirable
- Advantageous: experience with law firm software such as JurXpert and iManage
