You are responsible for identifying, specifying, and implementing IT requirements as well as the operational support of national and international projects. Central to this role is the development of future-oriented IT solutions, advising specialist departments, and managing a small team and external service providers.

Your responsibilities

Identify and specify IT requirements
Assess the technical feasibility of proposed solutions
Oversee the implementation of IT projects
Act as the daily point of contact for national and international projects
Collaborate with software providers and internal and external partners on an international level
Identify optimization and efficiency potentials in the IT landscape
Develop new, future-oriented IT solutions
Analyze the needs of specialist departments and advise on IT services, project initiatives, and technical innovations
Assist in preparing cost-benefit analyses
Lead a small team and manage external service providers in hardware and software areas

Your profile

Completed IT training or a degree with an IT focus (university, FH)
Several years of experience in building and operating IT infrastructures
Experience in IT security
Experience with ITIL processes (advantageous)
Relevant project management experience
Experience in an international environment (advantageous)
Strong communication skills in German and English
