Head of Finance

• Leadership and development of the finance team
• Ensuring timely preparation of financial statements according to IFRS and UGB
• Creation and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
• Development and maintenance of management reporting and KPI analyses
• Management of cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
• Conducting cost accounting, product calculation, and inventory valuation
• Responsibility for production controlling and cost analyses
• Further development of governance, internal controls, and compliance
• Driving automation and digitalization in financial processes
• Collaboration as a strategic sparring partner with management and international finance teams

• Completed degree in finance, controlling, or accounting
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in the finance sector
• Leadership responsibility and experience in team development
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and UGB
• Experience with monthly, annual, and group financial statements
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Knowledge of cost accounting, product calculation, and inventory valuation
• Experience in treasury, cash flow, and working capital management
• Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, especially FI/CO
• Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
