We are seeking an experienced leader in finance, accounting, and controlling. You will take charge of managing and developing all financial processes and work closely with executive management. You will use modern tools to efficiently manage financial operations.

Your responsibilities

Assume overall responsibility for finance, accounting, and controlling
Shape financial planning including budgeting
Prepare and monitor forecasts
Manage liquidity and cash management
Prepare annual financial statements
Ensure proper accounting
Ensure tax compliance
Provide technical leadership to the finance team
Exercise disciplinary leadership of the finance team
Further develop financial processes and controlling instruments
Optimize reporting structures
Support executive management, banks, tax consultants, and auditors as a point of contact
Coordinate contacts with authorities and external partnerships
Advise executive management on strategic financial decisions as a strategic partner

Your profile

Completed business degree or equivalent training in finance and accounting
Several years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or controlling
Leadership experience in the financial sector
High IT affinity and proficient use of MS Office
Experience working with ERP systems
Knowledge of modern digital tools and AI applications in finance
Entrepreneurial thinking with business acumen
Analytical and structured working style
Solution-oriented approach
Strong communication skills

Interest in the development of processes and structures
