Head of Finance & Controlling

• Leading and mentoring the 14-member finance team
• Promoting active knowledge exchange within the team
• Processing impediments from retrospectives and pulse meetings
• Ensuring operational excellence (performance, speed, quality, approvals)
• Building clear interfaces with IT, data & analytics, and other teams
• Building and expanding treasury and liquidity planning
• Building and expanding risk management
• Developing financial controlling towards business controlling
• Holding ultimate responsibility for valuation issues and financial statements
• Advancing digitalization and AI transformation for reporting and forecasts

• Completed finance degree
• Leadership experience in the financial sector
• In-depth knowledge in accounting
• In-depth knowledge in controlling
• Experience in treasury and liquidity planning
• Knowledge in the tax area
• Knowledge in risk management
• Experience in an international environment, ideally e-commerce, trade, or IT
• Enthusiasm for digitalization and new technologies, including AI
• Ability to coach, moderate, and support change processes
