You will be responsible for establishing and further developing a professional controlling and financial management function. The goal is to create transparent, data-driven decision-making foundations and systematically manage performance, profitability, and liquidity.

Your responsibilities

Establishing a professional controlling and financial management function
Further development of existing controlling functions
Development and implementation of reporting systems
Setting up budgeting processes
Establishing forecasting processes
Development and introduction of KPI systems
Analysis of project profitability
Analysis of customer profitability
Analysis of product profitability
Responsibility for liquidity planning
Responsibility for cash flow management
Responsibility for working capital management
Management of external service providers in accounting
Management of external service providers in payroll
Management of external service providers in tax

Your profile

Several years of experience in building controlling structures
Several years of experience in building reporting structures
Comprehensive controlling expertise
Professional experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
Understanding of production KPIs
Understanding of project business
Understanding of value-creation processes
Experience with budgeting processes
Experience with forecasting methods
Experience in performance management
Experience with KPI systems
Strong analytical skills
Hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills
Ability to connect different stakeholders
