Responsibility for operational and strategic business controlling with close collaboration with management. The goal is to develop the finance organization further and, within 2–3 years, assume the role of Head of Finance.

Your responsibilities

Leadership and development of business controlling
Advisory for management and executives on economic matters
Establishing and optimizing controlling processes, tools, and KPIs
Managing the forecasting, budgeting, and planning process
Responsibility for controlling-related closing processes (monthly, quarterly, annually)
Quality assurance in finance & accounting together with the responsible teams
Analysis of financial performance and derivation of action recommendations
Preparation of management reports and external stakeholder reports
Responsibility for group reporting
Participation in M&A projects and financial support for integrations

Your profile

Completed business/economic education or comparable further training
Several years of professional experience in controlling/finance
Leadership or project management experience ideally available
Excellent IT and analysis skills, especially in MS Excel
Experience with BI solutions
DATEV experience is an advantage
German language skills at least C1
English language skills at least B1/B2
Strong analytical thinking and high problem-solving competence
Structured working style as well as responsibility, accuracy, and service-oriented demeanor
