Lead global application responsibility for machinery and plant solutions for processing PET packaging. You integrate market analysis, portfolio development, and the leadership of internationally distributed sales teams with the execution of complex customer projects.

Your responsibilities

Global marketing and further development of the PET recycling application
Analysis of market trends, competition, and price levels
Development of market and sales strategy
Translation of customer and sales feedback into portfolio decisions
Definition of requirements for machinery and plant concepts
Leadership and management of globally distributed Application Sales Managers and Key Account Managers
Prioritization and management based on revenue, growth, DB II, and market shares
Collaboration with product management, project planning, research & development, and marketing
Support and management of complex customer projects
Representing the application in internal and external networks

Your profile

Experience in international technical sales
Experience with complex capital goods and long-term customer relationships
Proven revenue and result responsibility
Experience in pricing and portfolio management
Experience in market and competitive analysis
Leadership experience in international, partly matrix-organized teams and remote leadership
Entrepreneurial, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
Confident communication at management level and intercultural competence
Fluent in English
Willingness to travel internationally around 15-20%
