You manage operational control and serve as the central interface between management, team leads, employees, and clients. Your main responsibilities include aligning processes, resource planning, and maintaining key client relationships.

Your responsibilities

Ensure operational control of existing areas
Coordinate operational topics as the central point of contact
Support offers and closing deals
Guide client onboardings
Coordinate internal handovers
Participate in major client meetings
Address overarching issues with decision-makers
Support team leads with operational leadership issues
Manage resource planning and process coordination
Contribute to new business meetings, pitches, and offer processes

Your profile

Several years of experience in the agency environment
Operational responsibility or experience in a team lead role
Good understanding of typical agency processes
Experience with client projects
Knowledge of collaboration in consulting, creation, strategy, and implementation
Professional competence to assess operational topics
Ability to challenge employees professionally
Willingness to support hands-on when needed
Combination of strategic overview and operational depth
Clear, empathetic, and binding leadership style; taking responsibility in challenging situations
