The position is responsible for independently managing all marketing and business development activities, as well as developing and implementing positioning and communication measures. Creating presentations, managing projects, and maintaining external communication are central tasks.

Your responsibilities

Independent management of marketing and business development activities
Creation of compelling presentation and pitch materials
Identification of market and industry trends
Development of creative positioning, communication, and business development measures
Planning, prioritizing, and managing ongoing marketing projects and initiatives
Management and quality assurance of submissions for international rankings and directories
Planning and execution of internal and external events and conferences
Creation and management of external communications, including newsletters and press releases
Development and preparation of content for website, social media, and newsletters
Coordination of external service providers and design of various printed materials and promotional items

Your profile

Completed education in marketing, communication, or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing and business development
Knowledge of marketing strategy, business development, and market analysis
Project management skills
Excellent self-organization and a structured, independent working style
Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
German at native speaker level
Excellent English skills
Very good MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress) as well as CRM, newsletter, and social media tools
