You hold overall responsibility for finance and accounting and lead a commercial team. The goal is to develop structures further, establish controlling, and implement key change projects.

Your responsibilities

Technical leadership of a team of about ten employees
Disciplinary leadership of the team
Further development and support of employees
Overall responsibility for ongoing bookkeeping
Responsibility for operational accounting
Responsibility for the consolidation of the corporate group
Key contact for the group-wide transfer pricing system
Documentation of the transfer pricing system
Further development of the transfer pricing system
Lead the implementation of a new ERP system
Further development of commercial processes
Digitalization of commercial procedures
Establishing controlling: Planning
Establishing controlling: Budgeting
Establishing controlling: Forecasts

Your profile

Completed business studies with a focus on finance and accounting
Or: comprehensive commercial training with accounting certification
Payroll accountant certification is an advantage (not a prerequisite)
Several years of relevant professional experience in finance and accounting
Experience in a medium-sized company or corporate group
In-depth knowledge of accounting according to UGB
In-depth knowledge of preparing financial statements according to UGB
Experience in consolidation
Experience with intercompany transactions
Experience with transfer pricing issues
Proven leadership experience
Motivation for the professional and personal development of a team
Experience in implementing or further developing an ERP system
Solid understanding of Austrian payroll
Clear communication
