Leadership and overall responsibility for finance, accounting, and controlling, focusing on financial planning, liquidity management, and annual financial statements. You are also responsible for the development of processes and reporting and act as a contact for external partners.

Your responsibilities

Managing finance and accounting
Managing controlling
Creating financial planning, budgeting, and forecasts
Managing liquidity and cash management
Preparing annual financial statements
Ensuring proper bookkeeping and tax compliance
Acting as a contact for management, banks, tax advisors, auditors, and authorities
Leading and further developing the finance team
Developing finance processes, reporting structures, and controlling tools
Consulting with management on strategic decisions

Your profile

Completed business studies or comparable education with a focus on finance and accounting (e.g., accounting certification)
Several years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or controlling
Leadership experience
High IT affinity
Proficient in MS Office
Experience with ERP systems
Experience with modern digital tools or AI applications in finance
Entrepreneurial mindset
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Communicative personality with social skills, assertiveness, and confident demeanor
