You are responsible for the strategic development of embedded insurance and affinity offerings with a focus on B2B2C growth. Central tasks include establishing and maintaining partner relationships and guiding solutions from concept to go-live; additionally, you lead and develop a team and strengthen cross-departmental collaboration.

Your responsibilities

Advance the embedded insurance strategy with a B2B2C focus
Build new embedded and affinity partnerships
Further develop existing collaborations
Oversee the strategic direction of the business unit
Lead and develop the team
Set clear priorities in the area
Promote cross-departmental collaboration
Collaborate with internal and international partners along the value chain
Guide solutions from concept to go-live and beyond
Introduce new ideas and contribute to business model development

Your profile

Completed degree with a focus on business or comparable education
Several years of experience in insurance, finance, or a similar field
Experience in leading and developing teams
Experience managing complex initiatives
Familiarity with embedded insurance concepts or platform business models
Experience working with virtual, international teams
Understanding of collaboration with product, IT, legal, and operations
Structured, solution-oriented approach in dealing with stakeholders
Very good German skills, both written and spoken (at least B2)
Very good English skills, both written and spoken (at least B2)
