Head of Controlling & Procurement F&B

• Analysis of material usage, cost structures, and relevant key figures in the F&B sector
• Support the management in economic decisions in Food & Beverage
• Coordinate the purchasing of food, beverages, and consumables
• Gather and compare offers and maintain supplier relationships
• Overseeing the flow of goods from order to receipt and distribution
• Check deliveries for quality, quantity, and adherence to internal standards
• Organize and oversee the distribution of goods to the kitchen, service, and other departments
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and analyze discrepancies
• Verify incoming invoices and reconcile with delivery notes and orders
• Contribute to calculations and analysis of F&B costs to develop economic solutions
• Identify improvement potentials and participate in process optimization
• Work closely with the head chef, restaurant management, and operational departments
