You are responsible for the entire business applications landscape, including ERP, CRM, web and custom applications, as well as modern data platforms and cloud architectures. In this position, you lead a team and manage digitization and integration projects for technological advancement.

Your responsibilities

Functional and disciplinary leadership of a team of more than 15 employees.
Strategic development of the business applications landscape (ERP, CRM, web, e-commerce, custom applications).
Operational development and ensuring the ongoing operation of the business applications landscape.
Designing modern architecture and platform concepts.
Building a future-proof data warehouse landscape.
Managing complex digitization and integration projects in an international production environment.
Developing practical solutions together with the departments.
Prioritizing requirements with a focus on company success.
Driving the use of modern Microsoft technologies (e.g., Dynamics 365, Azure, SQL).
Implementing and promoting AI solutions in the application area.

Your profile

Completed technical education (HTL, FH, or university).
Several years of experience in business applications.
Leadership experience.
Strong system understanding.
Ability to holistically view and develop complex application landscapes.
Strong economic thinking.
Ability to connect technical solutions with departmental requirements.
Experience with modern Microsoft technologies (e.g., Dynamics 365, Azure, SQL).
Interest in AI solutions.
Hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking, curiosity for new technologies, and strong communication skills in German and English.
