You take on the strategic and operational overall responsibility for sales and marketing, driving the international development of the brand. In doing so, you shape market entry and growth strategies and lead the management team to sustainable results and market growth.

Your responsibilities

Strategic leadership of the Sales & Marketing department
Operational management of the sales and marketing department
Further development and implementation of corporate and growth strategy
Responsibility for international sales
Expansion of existing markets and development of new ones
Development and management of international sales and marketing strategies
Building and maintaining relationships with international sales partners and customers
Strengthening brand positioning and increasing international visibility
Leadership, development, and motivation of the management team
Initiation and implementation of organizational and change processes

Your profile

Several years of leadership experience in an internationally active company
Solid experience in the sales of branded and consumer goods
Solid experience in international sales
Proven success in developing international markets and sales partners
Experience at the interface of sales and marketing
Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong results and customer orientation
Hands-on mentality
Strong implementation skills and decisiveness
A communicative, authentic leadership personality with an international mindset
Willingness to travel internationally with consistent presence in Upper Austria
