We are seeking an experienced executive with entrepreneurial thinking to lead the entire business in Hungary. The position includes operational management, accountability for results, as well as promoting growth and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities
- Assumption of full responsibility for economic performance in Hungary
- Management of sales, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, and business processes
- Responsibility for budget planning and performance development
- Promotion of sustainable corporate development
- Leading and motivating an experienced team
- Further development of team members
- Continuous optimization of processes and organizational structures
- Efficient use of available resources
- Implementation of the overarching corporate strategy
- Expansion of market presence and identification of market potentials
- Representation of the company to customers, suppliers, and partners
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and quality orientation
- Regular reporting and close collaboration with management at the parent company
Your profile
- Several years of experience in a management role with accountability for results
- Experience in team leadership and motivation
- Knowledge of the trade or packaging environment is an advantage
- Solid business management know-how
- Experience in sales, market, and business development
- Customer-oriented and strong communication skills
- Solution-oriented leadership style
- Empathy and respectful demeanor
- Decisiveness and sense of responsibility
- Creative desire and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good Hungarian language skills
- Very good German language skills
- Residence in or near the Győr-Moson-Sopron district
