You hold strategic responsibility for the company's ongoing development, implementing the foundation's objectives and strategic projects operationally. You manage finances and budgets, lead the team, and represent the organization externally.

Your responsibilities

Strategic leadership and sustainable development of the company
Manage the operational implementation of the foundation's objectives and strategic projects
Take charge of financial and budget management
Plan and control resource management
Represent the organization externally to partners, sponsors, authorities, and the public
Lead, motivate, and develop the team
Promote collaboration on equal footing
Develop processes and optimize workflows
Project and network management, including building and maintaining partnerships
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and ethical and organizational standards

Your profile

Several years of leadership experience
Economic and solution-oriented thinking, as well as maintaining an overview in dynamic situations
Strong communication skills in dealing with long-term partners and the foundation's board
Enthusiasm for innovation and openness to evolving existing processes
Decisiveness and conflict resolution skills in a respectful and goal-oriented manner
Motivating team leadership characterized by respect and appreciation
Willingness to represent the company occasionally on weekends
Passion for the values of the common good economy and for sociocratic leadership and decision-making processes
Knowledge of cosmetic regulatory basics (advantageous)
Willingness to participate in professional training and development
