Your responsibilities

Joint strategic and operational company development with the owning family
Development and implementation of the company and growth strategy
Advancement of the brand and strengthening of market position
Expansion of national and international market presence
Identification of new markets and business potentials
Opening up new sales channels
Optimization and professionalization of existing company structures

Your profile

Several years of experience in a leadership or management position
Ideally, experience in internationally oriented brand companies
Knowledge in the sports, outdoor, or fashion industry
Extensive experience in sales
In-depth knowledge in brand development
Experience with international markets
Familiarity with different sales structures
Understanding of various trade structures
Strong entrepreneurial thinking
Good sense of market, customer, and industry trends
