Your responsibilities

Taking on overall technological responsibility for an international development team across multiple locations.
Holistic thinking and designing of systems and architectures.
Leading software development from cloud solutions to firmware and automated assistance systems.
Designing the interfaces between hardware/electronics and software.
Embedding a culture of prioritization, process orientation, and individual responsibility.
Building and stabilizing a leadership team and establishing clear structures.
Bringing in technological expertise in daily operations and setting visible collaboration standards.
Developing a long-term technology and digital strategy.
Evaluating new technologies, such as AI systems, and making informed make-or-buy decisions.
Being responsible for the development budget and aligning technological investments with management, product, and sales teams.

Your profile

Completed technical degree.
Several years of experience in a leading technical role in a B2B environment.
Practical experience in software development, including cloud solutions, firmware, and automated assistance systems.
Ability to connect with hardware and electronics topics and experience designing interfaces.
Knowledge of modern development methods, software architectures, and digital product solutions from personal practice.
Successful leadership of international, decentralized teams.
Approachable and present leadership style focusing on empowerment and individual responsibility.
Ability to combine strategic foresight with implementation strength in multiproject environments.
High communication and organizational strength and a proactive, solution-oriented personality.
Negotiable German and English skills and willingness to travel internationally.
